Market Evaluation

A market evaluation of an aircraft is based on information supplied by the aircraft's owner or some other interested party.  In this case the Certified Aircraft Appraiser does not review the aircraft him or herself.  However, the information can be highly useful because the inputs are all documented and the valuation is still a product of the National Aircraft Appraisal Association's database. This product is very useful to both buyers and sellers when they need an independent evaluation of an aircraft.
